Mobility Training

Self-Myofascial Release is a technique using tools such as tennis balls, foam rollers and blocks to rehydrate connective tissue, decrease the feeling of stiffness in the body, and increase range of motion at the joint. With Abby’s guidance, the gentle self-administered practice can be learned and integrated into any movement practice or your daily wellness routine.

Sessions can be conducted over zoom, or in person.

Strength Training

Abby is a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified-Personal Trainer since 2021. She uses her history of team sports and knowledge of the body to create custom programming for her clients on a 1:1 basis. Sessions with abby focus on building strength, longevity, and confidence both in the gym and in life.

Training sessions are in-person in Kailua-Kona only at this time.
